Gerade in der Zeit, als in Süddeutschland um 1910 eine etwas eigene Lesart der aus dem Elsass kommenden Reformideen einsetzte, wurde die Vox humana öfters einmal in das im Schweller stehende, als "Hauptwerk" bezeichnete II. Manual gesetzt.

Als Beispiel hier einmal eine solche Disposition:
