Informations complémentaires sur le concours

Inscriptions
Attention : les adresses postales indiquées en décembre 2013 sont modifiées tant pour l'envoi des enregistrements (présélections) que pour le règlement des droits (se reporter aux documents actuels joints en pj et à la version papier).

Hébergement

L’hébergement des candidats (chambre individuelle à l’hôtel et petit déjeuner) et les transports (train ou voiture) entre Béthune et Saint-Omer seront gérés et pris en charge financièrement par le concours.

Les candidats non admis en finales pourront assister aux différents concerts des membres du jury, aux finales et au vote du public en bénéficiant d’un logement gratuit chez l’habitant jusqu’à la fin du concours.

Répétitions
½ finales : 2H30 par instrument et une 1/2H avec les deux assistants.

Finales : 5H par instrument (2x2H30) et 1H15 avec les deux assistants.

Les gares, hôtels, lieux de répétitions (conservatoires, églises) et de concours seront facilement accessibles dans les deux villes sans moyen de transport particulier.

Une rencontre avec le jury est prévue à l’issue des ½ finales pour les candidats non retenus en finales.

Additional information on the competition

Registration

Please note that the postal adresses indicated last december have changed-both for sending out your recordings and for registration fees.

Please follow the instructions on the attached document and on the printed version.

Accommodation

Accommodation for candidates (individual hotel rooms and breakfast) and transportation (train or car) between Bethune and St Omer will be organized and accounted for by the competition.

Candidates that are not selected for the finals are welcome to attend the concerts of the jury members, the finals, and the audience vote while benefiting from a free accommodation in a local family until the end of the competition.

Rehearsals

Semi finals: 2h30mn per instrument and an additional 30mn with the 2 assistants.

Finals: 5 hours per instruments (twice 2h30mn) and an additional 1h15 with the two assistants.

Train stations, hotels, rehearsal and competition locations (conservatories, churches) will be easily accessible in both cities with no specific transport means.

A meeting with the jury is scheduled after the semi finals for the eliminated candidates.
